Ground Zero is always a fun convention. This year I held a lecture about character development and how design and writing work together to create fun and memorable characters. My lecture was over sold (yay!) and I had many young artists come up to me after and say they learned more from my lecture in an hour and a half than they have in years of classes. It's a great feeling to know I'm helping encourage the next generation of animation industry greats!
