It was an incredible honor to be the guest speaker last night at UCSD for the Breaking Barriers: Women in Animation quarterly event series. I was blown away to see people lined up over an hour early to hear me speak, the event was over capacity. I really love sharing my work processes and experiences but the students were the highlight of the event for me. Everyone had such great questions and we even set up a meet and greet for those who wanted to meet and talk with me in person. I think I met over 100 students! This experience has left an incredibly positive feeling in my soul and made me realize I really enjoy public speaking.
