It was an honor to be the international keynote speaker at the Pixelatl Tertulias event in Mexico City! Many amazing artists and small studios were in attendance, sharing pitches and original ideas in progress. I talked about my experience as an animator on Rick and Morty and shared my own pitching success stories about Toasty Tales and the incredible journey I had taking it through two development deals and the ultimate production of the pilot with Amazon. It was an incredibly warm and welcoming event and I hope to return again someday, especially for the animation festival which takes place every September.
